WHISTLER/BLACKCOMB, CANADA SKI TRIP
Friday, January 25th to Saturday, February 2nd, 2008
FULL PACKAGE PRICE PER PERSON: $1,495 (Approximately $30 will be refunded to each of us by the Canadian government for the 6% GST, a tax on lodging.)
Rates are based on a minimum of 25 full package passengers, double occupancy
in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo unit.
FULL PACKAGE INCLUDES:
* Roundtrip airfare on Air Canada (nonstop flights)
* Roundtrip ground transfers from Vancouver to Whistler (two and a half hours)
* Seven nights lodging at Tantalus Resort Lodge in Whistler Village
* Five of six day interchangeable Whistler/Blackcomb lift tickets
* Wine and cheese reception party
* Lunch on the mountain/photo shoot
* Pizza party
AIR: Air Canada - 40 seats confirmed
(United miles will be earned since Air Canada is a partner carrier with United Airlines)

LODGING: Tantalus Resort Lodge
Tantalus Resort Lodge is a complex of 76 two bedrooms/2 bath units (900 sq ft) in a convenient Whistler Village location and a 5 minute walk to the gondolas to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains and to the Village Center. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to the gondolas. The 2-bedroom units include one Queen bed, two singles, and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. All units have a fully equipped kitchen as well as a fireplace and balcony. The Lodge offers a 24-hour Front Desk, housekeeping service, Internet kiosks in the Lobby for those with laptops and wireless, coin-operated guest laundry, and secure, underground parking. Complimentary equipment storage for skis and boards is provided and overnight ski tuning is available. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool open year-round as well as two hot tubs and a sauna. This is how payment is due:
The first payment of $26 is payable to Hawaii Ski Club.
The full package price payable to Ski.com is $1,469 (approximately $30 of this will be refunded by the Canadian government for the 6% GST once the trip is completed). If you do not want the full package, you may deduct the following prices from $1,469:
*For the package without the airfare deduct $520.
*For the package without lodging deduct $450.
*For the package without lift tickets deduct $300.
*For senior (65+) lift tickets deduct $35.
*For those members who would like a 6th day of skiing, they simply need to go to the lift ticket window and show their lift pass. They will be given another ski day based on our group rates.

$ 400.00 per person due August 15, 2007, payable to Ski.com
$ 400.00 per person due September 15, 2007 (Ski.com)

**FINAL PAYMENT due November 15, 2007 (Ski.com)
*This amount will differ depending on the type of package that you choose.
**CURRENCY ADJUSTMENTS: For International and Canadian travel a currency adjustment may be made prior to final payment due date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No penalty, full refund of the initial $26 deposit.
90 days prior to departure (10/28/07) $ 50.00 per person + any supplier penalties
89-60 days before departure (11/27/07) $ 75.00 per person + any supplier penalties
59-31 days prior to departure (12/26/07) $150.00 per person + any supplier penalties
30 days or less prior to departure (12/27/07) no refunds and no substitutions
