Hello everyone, welcome to my second message. I 'd like to thank the new
board for all their efforts at our first meeting. I think you'll see some of
their efforts already in this newsletter. Our next meeting we'll be choosing the
2003 ski trip location. Please attend to promote your favorite.
If you can not attend see how to vote in this newsletter.
Just a little house keeping............
-Please tell me when you arrive if you like to be on the agenda.
-FOOD: please see a waitress {when you arrive} to order from the menu and pay
for any meals for the evening.
This will get you better service and disrupt the meeting less for everyone.
This is in addition to pupu's which may not continue.
This is a food cost issue that needs to be resolved and is being reviewed.
-Guests should be introduced to a board member "greeter" at the door at
arrival.
See you at the YUM YUM, Dave

Kualoa Ranch Mountain Bike Ride- June 2
The annual Tread Lightly mountain bike ride is coming up June 2 at Kualoa
Ranch. Those of us who rode last year vowed we'd do it again. Join us for a fun
ride of bicycling across streams, following cattle trails up and down hills, and
stopping at the old Jurassic Park log. You will definitely need knobby tires.
Registration can be done soon via the internet: bicycle@pixie.com. I'll also
have some paper registrations available at the May meeting. This is an HBL ride.
Bring a change of clothes plus food and drinks for a picnic afterward
on the beach. The water will feel good! For more info call Wanda
